How Sade Collections handles the information you give us when you browse the gallery, buy a print, or join the Inner Circle.
We only ask for what an order or a membership actually needs. There is no hidden profile building behind the scenes.
Your details are used to take payment, produce and ship your order, answer questions when you write to us, run the Inner Circle membership including the monthly free print, keep records for tax and accounting, and prevent fraudulent orders. We also look at aggregate analytics to decide which work to hang and where the site is confusing people.
We do not use your data to train advertising models, and we do not build behavioural profiles for third parties.
Marketing is opt in. Buying a print does not silently add you to a list. If you subscribe, expect roughly two emails a month, usually a new release or an open edition closing.
Opting out
Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link in the footer. One click removes you, and it takes effect within 24 hours. For text messages, reply STOP to any message from us and the number is removed immediately. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Transactional messages are separate. Order confirmations, shipping notices, and billing receipts will still be sent, because they are part of the purchase you made.
We use a small number of first party cookies to remember your cart, keep you signed in, store your grid density preference, and confirm you have passed the 18+ notice. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
For measurement we use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals across other sites. We do not run advertising pixels or third party retargeting tags.
We share the minimum needed with a short list of service providers, each bound by contract to use the data only for the work we hire them to do.
Order and invoice records are kept for seven years, which is what tax law requires of us. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, then held on a suppression list so we do not accidentally add you back. Support emails are deleted after 24 months. Analytics data is aggregated and holds nothing that identifies you. If you close your account, we delete your profile, saved addresses, and favourites within 30 days and keep only the financial records above.
The site runs over TLS throughout. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and are not readable by us. Access to the order system is limited to two members of staff and protected by two factor authentication. Vault files are served through short lived signed links rather than public URLs. If a breach ever affected your data, we would notify you by email within 72 hours of confirming it.
Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete your account and personal details. Write to privacy@sadecollections.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on the account.
Europe and the United Kingdom
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability in a machine readable format, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Our lawful bases are contract for order fulfilment, consent for marketing, and legitimate interest for fraud prevention and site analytics. You may complain to your national supervisory authority, or to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.
California
Under the CCPA and CPRA, California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion, and request correction. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still submit a request. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
Sade Collections operates from the United Kingdom and ships worldwide. Some of our providers store data in the United States. Those transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, which contractually hold the recipient to European standards of protection.
This gallery shows artistic nude and topless photography. It is intended for adults only. You must be 18 or older to browse, buy, or hold a membership. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we close it and erase the data. Parents or guardians who believe a child has given us information should write to privacy@sadecollections.com and we will remove it.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and move the date at the top. For anything material, such as a new provider receiving your address or a change in retention, we will email active customers and members at least 14 days before it takes effect.
