Every print and every digital edition comes with a personal display licence. Anything beyond hanging it in your own space needs a separate agreement, and those are straightforward to arrange.

These uses need written permission first. Ask and you will usually get a yes with terms attached.
Every file sold through this gallery carries an embedded IPTC rights statement and a visible do-not-train signal in its metadata. Scraping the site, harvesting member files, or feeding purchased work into a training set is a breach of this licence regardless of what a third party tool claims it is permitted to do. Members who share vault files publicly have their access closed and are not refunded.
Commercial rights are quoted per use. Price depends on where the work runs, how long it runs, and the territory it reaches.
These are starting figures, not a rate card. Send the brief, the media plan, and the dates to licensing@sadecollections.com and you will get a written quote and a draft agreement. Nothing is licensed by email alone. A signed agreement and cleared payment come first.
Sade retains full copyright in every image on this site, in all cases and in perpetuity. Buying a print buys the object. Buying a digital edition buys the file and the right to display it. Neither transfers authorship, copyright, or any right to license the work onward.
Commercial agreements grant a defined, time limited right to use the work in a stated way. They are not assignments. Copyright never leaves the artist, and no clause in any agreement issued by this gallery does otherwise. Work is not made available on a work for hire basis.
Prints are signed by hand on the lower right of the mat and numbered on the reverse. The edition number and the certificate that ships with it are the record of ownership. Certificates are reissued once, free, if lost.
Every person photographed for this gallery was 18 or older on the date of the shoot, and every shoot has a signed model release held on file. Releases are kept as scanned originals alongside government issued identification and the shoot date. Records are held for the life of the archive.
Producers, publishers, and rights holders who need release documentation for a commercial use can request it in writing at licensing@sadecollections.com. Redacted copies are provided as standard, with unredacted copies available under a mutual non disclosure agreement where a broadcaster or publisher requires them.
The gallery is 18+. Nothing on this site is available to minors, and access to the members vault requires age confirmation at signup.
If you find work from this gallery being sold, printed, or reproduced without permission, send the link to licensing@sadecollections.com. Reports are acknowledged within one working day. Takedowns are handled directly and, where needed, through counsel. Anyone who reports a confirmed infringement gets a free framed print in the size of their choosing.
